Pastor Dale K Whangke wins Best Pastor Award

Our own Pastor Dale K Whangke has won the Best Pastor Award for the 20th year in a row! Pastor Dale would like to thank all those in minastry positions in our church who took the Lord's advice and voted for him rather than seeking minastry in some other church.

Again this blog has won a host of awards as voted by an elite voting institution which has some of our elders on its panel.

These elders have now been promoted to the status of Super-Spiritual Elders. Their induction service is next Sunday. Full details in tomorrow's Waitland Muckery.

Sculptor donates prize winning piece

Colin Eale, scupltor from Maitland, has donated the above life-like statue to decorate the telegraph pole in front of our church premises. Colin won the "Hicksville Societyofartists Memorial Prize 2009" which was awarded by Maitland arts patron and dementia sufferer Casey Burns.

Wyrst Pentacostal Church Wins Award!!!!!

Wyrst Pentacostal Church has won the Church Wealth Award. Pastor Dale K. Whagke accepted the award from politician Bog Gaggin at a Maitland Right-Wing Fascist Party luncheon yesterday. Antique dealer Casey Burns is the proud sponsor of the award. Full details in todays' Waitland Muckery.

One Way Statue

Our church grounds have been beautified by a statue in pure gold of the One Way sign by Christian sculptor Bruce McFarland. The One Way Statue won the prestigious Maggie Slivver OM Award For True Christian Art, 2008. Bruce said the statue is a symbol of the One Way sign that is given to him by many wonderful Christian drivers on the roads around Maitland. "They also toot their horns in praise to Jesus," said Bruce, who insists on driving below 30km on any road in order to be safe. You can view the statue at any time for a small love offering of $10.

Exciting Men's Bible Camp

Pastor David A. Mooning was the awesome Guest Minister at the awesome Exciting Men's Bible Camp this weekend. We learnt how to be awesome real men for Jesus by voting for the Liberal Party and triple tithing. An awesome time was had by all!

Cecil Sawyer won the Lucky Door Prize of a free McJesus Meal but donated it to the hungry starving people in China who only have Chinese food to eat. Praise the Lord! Awesome!
